Walking Directions

From below Exit 11 of Gangnam Station

Proceed through the passage on the right (E's Tower passage), then take the stairs down to B1F.

From above Exit 11 of Gangnam Station

Head toward the Gangnam Station intersection → Enter through the main entrance of E's Tower on the left → Take the elevator or stairs down to B1F.

At night, the entrance to B1F is locked. Please enter through the building's main entrance on the 1st floor and take the elevator down.

Parking Information

  • Sedans (Sonata, K5, 5 Series, E-Class and smaller): Mechanical parking available
    • Mechanical parking hours: Weekdays 08:00–22:00
  • SUV/RV: Parking available only if there is an open space outside the building
  • If parking is full, please ask the parking attendant about nearby paid parking lots
  • The parking validation stamp is in the front storage cabinet inside the lounge. Please make sure to get your parking ticket stamped.

Troubleshooting Facility Issues (Audio/Soundbar/Volume/Charging)

The video audio is too low or there’s no sound (when the volume is too low)

Sometimes the connection between the projector and the soundbar gets disconnected. If you follow the steps below, you’ll be able to enjoy full, powerful sound again.

  1. Unlock the middle cabinet at the back and take out the white remote labeled BENQ.
  2. Press the Menu button and go to [Audio > Audio Output]
  3. Select [Internal Speaker] → (the screen may flicker for about 5 seconds) → select Audio Return → (the screen may flicker for about 5 seconds) → done

Charging is not working

Charging only works when the massage chair power is turned on.

Is the massage chair turned on, but charging still not working? → The cable may be faulty. There is a spare charging cable in the cabinet in front of the lounge, so please replace it and use that one.
