Essential Kit Information

  1. Dear guests, the Essential Kit is available at the Hongdae Branch and Nambu Terminal Branch.
  2. The kit includes a hygienic head cover, sleep mask, and hand sanitizing wipes. Depending on the room type, Standard Rooms include slippers, while Premium Rooms include foot covers.
  3. Complimentary for guests staying 1 hour or longer.
  4. Guests staying less than 1 hour may purchase it for KRW 2,000.

Troubleshooting Facility Issues

Massage Chair

The massage chair won’t turn on

Sometimes, the power cable can become loose due to vibration.

  1. Firmly reconnect the power cable on the lower right side of the massage chair.
  2. Turn the switch next to it off, then turn it back on after 4 seconds.

The massage chair is making a 'beep-beep' sound and three red lights are flashing

There are leg entrapment sensors on both sides of the leg massage section. Please check for any foreign objects, then turn the power off and back on.

If three blue lights are flashing

This indicates a malfunction. Please contact the Sheem Lounge Customer Support Center.

Projector

The projector remote control is not working

  • If the remote pairing has been disconnected, the buttons may not work.
  • Please move within 30 cm of the projector unit and pair it again.
  • If the issue is not resolved with the method above, please contact the Sheem Lounge Customer Support Center.
